Will it fit my tap?
If the tip of your tap unscrews by hand, yes — that's the thread FlexTap uses, and four washers are included to cover both standard sizes. If your tap has a solid spout with nothing to unscrew (common on older pillar taps and bib-cocks), it will not fit. Check before you order — there's a 20-second test in the section above.
Does it filter or purify the water?
No. Inside is a fine mesh screen — the same kind already in your tap's nozzle. It catches grit and breaks the stream into softer bubbles so it splashes less. It does not purify water and does not make water safe to drink. Some sellers call this '4-layer filtration'. It is an aerator screen, and we'd rather tell you that.
Will it leak?
It shouldn't, if you use the right washer and hand-tighten it. The most common cause of a drip is the wrong washer or under-tightening. If it still drips after that, message us on WhatsApp and we'll replace it.

Questions

Does it reduce my water pressure?
Pressure at the tap stays the same. The aerated stream mixes air into the flow, so it feels fuller while using less water. On very low-pressure taps the spray mode usually feels better than the stream mode.
Hard water — will it block up?
Limescale builds up on any aerator, including the one already on your tap. Unscrew the head every few weeks and soak it in warm water with a little vinegar. It comes apart by hand.
Kitchen only, or bathroom too?
Both, as long as the tap has a removable nozzle. Most people buy two — one for the kitchen sink and one for the wash basin, which is why the 2-pack is priced the way it is.
